Shipping Policy

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 609-892-5421.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

How We Do It

At 7Glam, we respect and value every customer.  Please note all sales are final

We do not accept returns 

We will honor exchanges for the following if requested within (48) hours of receipt:

-  Size

-  Damages/Defects

-  Incorrect Merchandise

All request for merchandise exchanges must be made within 48 Hours after you received the package. The exchanged merchandise MUST be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, not used, undamaged, saleble, with original tags and original packaging ( if applicable). We can not exchange the merchandise if it has been worn, used, or damaged. Please contact us via email if you would like to make an exchange so that we can hold the requested merchandise for you. 7Glam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

We will only consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.

If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service for authorization. To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition (un-worn with all tags and labels attached).

If you would like to exchange an item due to defect or damage at the time of delivery to you, please contact customer service for authorization. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time.

If you would like to exchange an item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service for authorization. Upon receipt of the wrong item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If the wrong item is returned with damages or defects, you may be responsible for damages or defects that were caused after you received the item. If entitled to a replacement item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, we will replace the product, subject to inventory availability , within a reasonable period of time.
